Breaking AC Milan news
While Daniele De Vecchi, CSKA representatives and Keisuke Honda’s brother/agent were in Moscow discussing the player’s future, Ernesto Bronzetti and Adriano Galliani were holed up at Via Turati, monitoring the situation closely.
The meetings got over a few minutes back and everything looks positive for AC Milan. One could say that Keisuke Honda is a step away from joining the Rossoneri.
Tonight, after the match against Krylya Sovetov, Honda is expected to inform the CSKA management of his desire to join Milan immediately.
Ernesto Bronzetti (FIFA agent dealing for Milan) had this to say to Sky Italia:-
“The gap between Milan’s offer and CSKA’s asking price is very small now. It’s up to the player to make a decision.”
“Tonight after the game Honda will speak with the club president and tell him that he wants to leave. They would like to keep him for the Champions League but Honda wants Milan so much that he refused even Barcelona’s offer.”
UPDATE: After the match against Krylya tonight,Keisuke Honda told the media that he will leave CSKA in the winter. In Italy meanwhile, Milan CEO Adriano Galliani told the press that ‘the decisive’ meeting is scheduled in Moscow for tomorrow.
